FAMIIY ITEMS

While we take meticulous care in crafting and delivering our products, we understand that occasional faults may occur. If you receive a faulty item or if we have inadvertently delivered the wrong product, please notify us immediately by emailing [email protected]. Be sure to include a clear photo, written description of the issue, and your order number.

We will provide you with a prepaid postage label and detailed return instructions to facilitate the return process.

WRONG ITEM PURCHASED

If you accidentally purchase the wrong item, we offer exchanges within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please note that return postage costs will be at your expense. In the event that the desired exchange product is unavailable, we will issue store credit for future purchases. Please refrain from returning used or washed items for exchange due to hygiene purposes.

REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds for items purchased in error. However, we do provide store credit or exchanges for wrong item purchases. Refunds are issued in the original form of payment, minus any delivery and handling costs that may have been charged. Please allow up to 7 business days from the date of receipt at our warehouse for returns to be processed.

NON-REFUNDABLE COSTS

Please note that postage and return postage costs are non-refundable, including postage costs for customers who enjoyed free delivery.
